Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with the product that you purchased from iDu Optics (ilabcam.com), you may return them within thirty (30) days from the date that you received your item. iDu Optics will provide a refund for the cost of the product, not including any return shipping charges.The product must be in original packaging and not be damaged to qualify for the full refund.

If customer selected the wrong model when purchase the product and the product has been opened, a 15% re-stocking fee may apply.

Create a shipping label. Unfortunately, we cannot cover return shipping costs.

Pack the products in the original packaging to ensure the products will be returned without damage.

Once the product is received and verified, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your refund.
